Hi, I'm Adrian. Neovim Trainer is a passion project I built so I could practice Vim keys in a real Neovim session, not a fake editor.

You read what a command does, then you type it. The app watches Neovim and moves on when the cursor or the text matches the goal. It starts with hjkl and word motions, then editing, text objects, registers, visual mode, search and replace, and macros.

There is no account and no analytics. Keys stay on your Mac. The editor inside the exercises is a bundled copy of Neovim. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Neovim project or its maintainers.
