Neovim Trainer is an independent Mac app and this website, made by Adrian. Neither one tracks you.

The website

This site is a set of static files. It does not use analytics, advertising, cookies, or accounts. The theme switch stores light or dark in your browser and does not leave the device. The host that serves the files may keep ordinary server logs. I do not add tracking on top of that.

The app

Lessons run on your Mac, in a Neovim process that ships with the app. Keystrokes stay in that session so the exercise can be checked. They are not sent to me or to anyone else.

The app does not have an account, and it does not include analytics.

If you download the app from the Mac App Store, Apple handles that purchase and download under Apple’s privacy policy. I do not receive your name, email, or payment details from Apple.

Neovim

The app bundles Neovim so the exercises can run offline. Neovim Trainer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Neovim project.
